Epoprostenol side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on July 17, 2006. Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 156.5 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension  and was treated with Epoprostenol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: body temperature increased, c-reactive protein increased, chest pain , dyspnoea, feeling hot and cold, flushing, headache , hypotension, palpitations. Epoprostenol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SILDENAFIL CITRATE, SPIRONOLACTONE, CALCICHEW, WARFARIN, BUMETANIDE, CLEXANE, MEBEVERINE, OXYGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 31 years of age, weighting 139.1 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension and was treated with Epoprostenol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, condition aggravated, confusional state, device failure, headache , heart rate increased, hypoglycaemia, hypotension, hypoxia. Epoprostenol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ESOMEPRAZOLE MAGNESIUM, MYCOPHENOLATE MOEFETIL, ACETYLCYSTEINE, GABAPENTIN, ENOXAPARIN, MORPHINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
