Eplerenone side effect was reported by a Physician from DENMARK on Nov 07, 2005. Male patient, 35 years of age, weighting 156.7 lb, was diagnosed with nephropathy and was treated with Eplerenone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, gravitational oedema, gynaecomastia, nephrotic syndrome, weight increased. Eplerenone dosage: 25 MG (25 MG, 1 IN 24 HR), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with COZAAR, SPIRIX, SIMVASTATIN. Patient recovered.
