Eplerenone side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on Mar 21, 2008. Male patient, 69 years of age, was treated with Eplerenone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased. Eplerenone dosage: DAILY DOSE:50MG-FREQ:DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with FLORINEF, CHLORIDE, CARDENALIN, OLMESARTAN MEDOXOMIL, LENDORMIN, ZETIA. Patient recovered.

Eplerenone side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Feb 19, 2008. Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Eplerenone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood pressure inadequately controlled, blood pressure increased, hypokalaemia, muscular weakness, oedema peripheral. Eplerenone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC. Patient recovered.
