Male patient, 47 years of age, weighting 243.0 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure congestive and was treated with Eplerenone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation, blood albumin decreased, cardiac failure, condition aggravated, protein total decreased, renal failure, ventricular extrasystoles, weight increased. Eplerenone dosage: 25 MG (25 MG, ONCE DAILY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, ALLOPURINOL, CARVEDILOL, DIGOXIN, FENOFIBRATE, FUROSEMIDE, GABAPENTIN, INSULIN GLARGINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
