Female patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder  and was treated with Epival. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthritis bacterial, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion. Epival dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OLANZAPINE, RISPERIDONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
