Epitomax Side Effects Report #4761283-1
Epitomax side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Aug 23, 2005. Male patient, 23 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt and was treated with Epitomax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , completed suicide, cytolytic hepatitis, disseminated intravascular coagulation, metabolic acidosis, overdose, renal failure acute, shock, status epilepticus. Epitomax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LAMICTAL. Patient died on 06/29/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyperkalaemia, metabolic acidosis, renal failure acute. Epitomax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with APROVEL, DEPAKENE, URBANYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PROGRAF, NEXIUM, NORMISON, IMUREL, PRAVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
