Epirubicin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Mar 15, 2007. Female patient, child 6 years of age, was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma and was treated with Epirubicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: beta haemolytic streptococcal infection, candida serology positive, febrile neutropenia, pneumonitis, pneumothorax, respiratory failure. Epirubicin dosage: DAILY DOSE:150MG/M*2. During the same period patient was treated with CARBOPLATIN, VINCRISTINE SULPHATE. Patient died.
