Male patient, 72 years of age, weighting 172.0 lb, was diagnosed with cataract operation, eye irrigation and was treated with Epinephrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cataract operation complication, endophthalmitis, post procedural complication. Epinephrine dosage: 1 ML IN BSS 500 ML ONCE OPHTHALMIC [ONCE]. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, TIMOLOL MALEATE, TETRACAINE POLYGYL STERILE OPHTHALMIC SOLUTION, FLURBIPROFEN, PHENYLEPHRINE, MYDRIACIL, CYCLOGEL. Patient recovered.
