Epinephrine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 28, 2006. Male patient, 18 years of age, was diagnosed with septic shock and was treated with Epinephrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, blood pressure increased, cardiac enzymes increased, chest pain What is  chest pain, device malfunction, electrocardiogram abnormal, headache What is  headache, heart rate increased. Epinephrine dosage: 22 MG, (0.15 UG/KG/MIN). Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with resuscitation, thyrotoxic periodic paralysis and was treated with Epinephrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac enzymes increased, echocardiogram abnormal, ejection fraction decreased, hypokalaemia, loss of consciousness, ventricular arrhythmia. Epinephrine dosage: 10 ML, TWO 1MG BOLUS DOSES. During the same period patient was treated with DEXTROSE W, PROPYLTHIOURACIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
