After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: grand mal convulsion, hepatocellular damage, hyperammonaemia, multi-organ failure, pancreatitis, prescribed overdose. Epilim dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENYTOIN, LANSOPRAZOLE, TOPIRAMATE, METRONIDAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
