Ephedrine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on July 20, 2008. Female patient, 35 years of age, weighting 135.4 lb, was treated with Ephedrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemorrhagic stroke, headache , heart rate increased, hypertension, incision site complication, no therapeutic response, procedural hypotension, procedural site reaction. Ephedrine dosage: 10 MG. During the same period patient was treated with NEO SYNEPHRINEECTION, HEPARIN, CITRATE, LACTATED RINGER, BUPIVACAINE, FENTANYL, MORPHINE, OXYTOCIN. Patient recovered.

Ephedrine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 30, 2006. Female patient, 31 years of age, was treated with Ephedrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, blood pressure decreased, brain oedema, coma, convulsion, disseminated intravascular coagulation, haemodialysis, heart rate increased, hypotension. Ephedrine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EPHEDRA. Patient died.
