Ephedrine Side Effects Report #4598140-X
Ephedrine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Mar 01, 2005. Male patient, 45 years of age, weighting 235.0 lb, was diagnosed with weight decreased and was treated with Ephedrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, diarrhoea, feeling abnormal, hyperaldosteronism, hypokalaemia, metabolic acidosis, overdose. Ephedrine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, IRON DEXTRAN, ALBUTEROL, IPATROPIUM BROMIDE, OLANZAPINE, CLONAZEPAM, LITHIUM CARBONATE, SERTRALINE. Patient recovered.
