Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease , nail tinea and was treated with Entacapone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hallucination, visual. Entacapone dosage: 800 MG. During the same period patient was treated with LAMISIL, SINEMET, REQUIP, MAREVAN, NITROGLYCERIN, VERRUXIN. Patient recovered.
