Entacapone side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 22, 2007. Male patient, 83 years of age, weighting 157.0 lb, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Entacapone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, asthenia, diarrhoea, viral infection , weight decreased. Entacapone dosage: 800 MG, 4 IN 1 D. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Entacapone side effect was reported by a Health Professional from ITALY on Sept 23, 2008. Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Entacapone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, bradykinesia, cogwheel rigidity, gait disturbance, hypertonia, on and off phenomenon, parkinsonian rest tremor, pleurothotonus, posture abnormal. Entacapone dosage: L 600/ C 150/ E 200 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with BORNAPRINE, CABERGOLINE. Patient recovered.

Entacapone dosage: L 600/ C 150/ E 200 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with BORNAPRINE, CABERGOLINE. Patient recovered.
