Entacapone side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on May 26, 2008. Female patient, 85 years of age, was diagnosed with tremor, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Entacapone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: affect lability, amnesia, condition aggravated, confusional state, delirium, failure to thrive, fatigue, gait disturbance, hallucination. Entacapone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMIODARONE, ALPRAZOLAM, CYPROHEPTADINE, CARBIDOPA AND LEVODOPA. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, antisocial behaviour, delirium, disorientation, hallucination, visual, mini mental status examination abnormal, overdose. Entacapone dosage: 100 MG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with SINEMET, ATARIN, FINASTERIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
