Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 156.5 lb, was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis, cerebrovascular accident, embolic stroke and was treated with Enoxaparin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastric ulcer, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hypotension, myocardial infarction, paraplegia, post procedural complication, spinal cord ischaemia. Enoxaparin dosage: 30MG Q12H SQ. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, WARFARIN, DIGOXIN, DOCUSATE, LASIX, ATROVENT, POTASSIUM ACETATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
