Enoxaparin Side Effects Report #4744381-8
Enoxaparin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 11, 2005. Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 200.6 lb, was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis, arthralgia and was treated with Enoxaparin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, diarrhoea, dizziness , faeces discoloured, haematemesis, heart rate increased, helicobacter pylori identification test positive, hypotension, post procedural complication. Enoxaparin dosage: 30 MG SQ Q12H. During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
