After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: creatinine renal clearance decreased, gastrointestinal haemorrhage. Enoxaparin dosage: 65 MG BID. During the same period patient was treated with AMLODIPINE, ATENOLOL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, CALCIUM CARBONATE, DOCUSATE, FERROUS SULPHATE, GLIPZIDE, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
