Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 319.7 lb, was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis, deep vein thrombosis  and was treated with Enoxaparin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deep vein thrombosis , haemoglobin decreased, haemorrhage, hypotension, postoperative ileus, refusal of treatment by patient, renal impairment. Enoxaparin dosage: 40MG DAILY SQ. Patient recovered.
