Female patient, 92 years of age, weighting 162.3 lb, was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis, hypertension, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Enoxaparin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , cardiac arrest , loss of consciousness, pulmonary embolism , urinary tract infection . Enoxaparin dosage: 40 MG/DAY; SC. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, DIGOXIN, PEPCID, DOCUSATE, CIPRO. Patient died on 12/06/2004.
