Female patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with precursor b-lymphoblastic lymphoma and was treated with Endoxan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, clostridial infection, multi-organ failure, pyrexia, septic shock. Endoxan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VINCRISTINE, KIDROLASE. Patient died on 06/25/2003.
