Enantone Side Effects Report #5109036-9
Enantone side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Sept 11, 2006. Male patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with prostate cancer  and was treated with Enantone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, condition aggravated, confusional state, hypocalcaemia, hypokalaemia, prostate cancer . Enantone dosage: 11.25 MG (11.25 MG, 1 IN 3 M) INTRAMUSCULAR. During the same period patient was treated with CLASTOBAN, ANANDRON. Patient died.

Female patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with endometriosis  and was treated with Enantone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, apathy, arthralgia, asthenia, balance disorder, bedridden, blood corticotrophin decreased, blood cortisol increased, blood potassium increased. Enantone dosage: 3.75 MG (3.75 MG, 1 IN 1 M), SUBCUTANEOUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Enantone dosage: 3.75 MG (3.75 MG, 1 IN 1 M). Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: allergic granulomatous angiitis, anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody positive vasculitis, asthenia, blood bicarbonate decreased, blood creatinine increased, bone marrow oedema, cheilitis, conjunctivitis, diarrhoea. Enantone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MYOLASTAN, OPTALIDON, OPATANOL, ALDACTAZINE, CARTROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/01/2008.
