Emtriva side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on June 24, 2005. Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection , pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia and was treated with Emtriva. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary embolism . Emtriva dosage: 200 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with KALETRA, ATOVAQUONE. Patient recovered.
