After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site scar, hypertrichosis, rash . Emsam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, AMBIEN CR, JANUVIA, OXYCODONE, KLONOPIN, ZANAFLEX, SYNTHROID, ZYRTEC. Patient recovered.
