After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: clumsiness, coordination abnormal, musculoskeletal stiffness, nervousness. Emsam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOCOR, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LUNESTA, AMBIEN, METFORMIN, NEXIUM. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with NIFEDIPINE, CELEBREX, AMBIEN, LOVASTATIN, PREVACID, ATENOLOL, GABAPENTIN, OXYCODONE. Patient recovered.
