Female patient, weighting 185.0 lb, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Emsam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: migraine , transient ischaemic attack, visual disturbance. Emsam dosage: 9 MILLIGRAM, 24 HOUR. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, ZETIA, MOTRIN, GEODON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , dysacusis, fatigue, galactorrhoea, irritability, migraine , muscle spasms, night sweats. Emsam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RELPAX, TOPAMAX. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with METHAMPHETAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, CHANTIX, NORCO, ZANAFLEX, ALBUTEROL, QVAR, CLARITIN, SYNTHROID. Patient died.

Emsam dosage: 12 MILLIGRAM, 1/1 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with METHAMPHETAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, CHANTIX, NORCO, ZANAFLEX, ALBUTEROL, QVAR, CLARITIN, SYNTHROID. Patient died.
