Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 153.0 lb, was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder  and was treated with Emsam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, irritability, negative thoughts. Emsam dosage: 20MGS (6 MG/24H) QD SKIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dermatitis contact, irritability, muscle spasms, tremor. Emsam dosage: 2 6MG/24HR PATCHES/DAY. HAD USED 9MG/24 HR PATCHES=NDC # 39506-044-01 LOT # 6P0025 EXP DATE 3/08. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, PREMARIN, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, CLONAZEPAM, VICODIN, ROBAXIN, BENADRYL, VALSARTAN. Patient recovered.
