Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Emend. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dehydration, hyponatraemia, red blood cell count decreased, urine output increased. Emend dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
