After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fungal sepsis, hepatic steatosis, neutropenia, pancreatitis, perirenal haematoma, pneumonia , respiratory failure, retroperitoneal haemorrhage. Elspar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, VINCRISTINE, DAUNORUBICIN. Patient recovered.
