Female patient, weighting 118.0 lb, was diagnosed with cystitis interstitial, micturition urgency, bladder spasm and was treated with Elmiron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: breast cancer , platelet count decreased, splenomegaly, white blood cell count decreased. Elmiron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DETROL LA, DETROL LA. Patient recovered.
