Ellence Side Effects Report #4900252-5
Ellence side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 19, 2006. Female patient, 68 years of age, weighting 226.4 lb, was diagnosed with breast cancer  and was treated with Ellence. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: breath sounds abnormal, cardiomyopathy , ejection fraction decreased, performance status decreased, pericardial disease, pericardial effusion, pericarditis constrictive, pleural effusion. Ellence dosage: 154 MG (1 IN 21 D), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOROURACIL, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, SYNTHROID, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, cardiomyopathy , condition aggravated, ejection fraction decreased, electrocardiogram abnormal, hypertension, po2 decreased. Ellence dosage: 75 MG/M2 (75 MG/M2, CYCLIC, EVERY 21 DAYS), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with DOCETAXEL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/06/2008.
