Elavil side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 29, 2004. Female patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with depression , multiple myeloma , pain  and was treated with Elavil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aseptic necrosis bone, bone disorder, infection , jaw disorder, pain . Elavil dosage: 50 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with PAXIL, DECADRON, MS CONTIN, ZOMETA. Patient recovered.

Elavil side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Feb 16, 2007. Female patient, 23 years of age, weighting 127.9 lb, was treated with Elavil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cyanosis, depression , intentional overdose, loss of consciousness, pain , suicide attempt. Elavil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROATE, CODEINE PHOSPHATE, CODEINE PHOSPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
