Female patient, weighting 120.0 lb, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome , muscle spasms, sleep disorder  and was treated with Elavil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, abnormal dreams, aggression, agitation, amnesia, asthenia, confusional state, disorientation, drooling. Elavil dosage: 25MG DAILY PO. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, asthenia, fatigue, hypersomnia, migraine , movement disorder , somnolence. Elavil dosage: 25 MG 1 AT BEDTIME PO. Patient recovered.
