Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 195.0 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasms, pain  and was treated with Elavil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal dreams, feeling abnormal. Elavil dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Female patient, weighting 120.0 lb, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome , muscle spasms, sleep disorder  and was treated with Elavil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, abnormal dreams, aggression, agitation, amnesia, asthenia, confusional state, disorientation, drooling. Elavil dosage: 25MG DAILY PO. Patient recovered.
