Eflornithine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UGANDA on Jan 28, 2008. Female patient, 26 years of age, weighting 111.8 lb, was diagnosed with african trypanosomiasis and was treated with Eflornithine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspiration, blood pressure decreased, confusional state, convulsion, delirium, heart rate increased, infusion site cellulitis, loss of consciousness. Eflornithine dosage: unknown. Patient died on 12/17/2007.
