After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide, excoriation, feeling abnormal, headache , injury asphyxiation, insomnia, malaise, mental status changes, nightmare. Effexor dosage: 75 MG 1X PER 1 DAY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ATIVAN, KLONOPIN, LEXAPRO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/22/2004.
