After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , asthenia, crying, dizziness , feeling abnormal, female sexual arousal disorder, inadequate lubrication, loss of libido. Effexor dosage: 300 MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKOTE, SEROQUEL, WELLBUTRIN, ORTHO TRI. Patient recovered.

Effexor dosage: 75 MG 1X PER 1 DAY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PROAMATINE, FLORINEF, TOPAMAX, DIAZEPAM, BUTALBITAL, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, SINGULAIR. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
