Efferalgan side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Dec 06, 2005. Male patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with knee operation and was treated with Efferalgan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased. Efferalgan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMIKIN, AXEPIM, MYOLASTAN, MOPRAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
