Male patient, 25 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, pain in extremity, hiv infection  and was treated with Efavirenz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, confusional state, cough, pain in extremity, sepsis , vanishing bile duct syndrome, vomiting. Efavirenz dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, IBUPROFEN, CLARITHROMYCIN, COMBIVIR, COTRIM, LAMIVUDINE, NEVIRAPINE, TENOFOVIR DISOPROXIL FUMARATE.
