Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 156.5 lb, was diagnosed with psoriasis and was treated with Efalizumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic neoplasm malignant, splenomegaly, varices oesophageal. Efalizumab dosage: 1 MG/KG, 1/WEEK, SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, ADALIMUMAB, LISINOPRIL, DOXORUBICIN. Patient recovered.
