Efalizumab Side Effects Report #4789261-7
Efalizumab side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 20, 2005. Female patient, 62 years of age, weighting 158.7 lb, was diagnosed with psoriasis and was treated with Efalizumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, chills, chronic sinusitis, diarrhoea, epstein-barr virus test positive, headache . Efalizumab dosage: 1 MG/KG, 1/WEEK, SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, WELLBUTRIN, VITAMIN E, CENTRUM SILVER, DOVONEX, BIAXIN, FLONASE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abscess neck, anaemia, blood pressure systolic increased, cardiac arrest , cardiac murmur, culture wound positive, diabetic ketoacidosis, diarrhoea, dyspnoea. Efalizumab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE, INSULIN NPH, ASPIRIN, BICITRA, VICODIN, NORVASC, COLACE. Patient died on 12/06/2005.

Efalizumab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE, INSULIN NPH, ASPIRIN, BICITRA, VICODIN, NORVASC, COLACE. Patient died on 12/06/2005.

Efalizumab dosage: 1 MG/KG, 1/WEEK. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, WELLBUTRIN, VITAMIN E, CENTRUM SILVER, DOVONEX, BIAXIN, FLONASE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
