Efalizumab side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 26, 2007. Female patient, 68 years of age, weighting 205.5 lb, was diagnosed with psoriasis and was treated with Efalizumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, cardiomegaly, chest x-ray abnormal, clostridium difficile colitis, clostridium difficile sepsis, diverticulum, haematochezia, haemorrhoids, heart rate increased. Efalizumab dosage: 125 MG, 1/WEEK, SUBCUTANEOUS; 1.25ML, 1/WEEK,. During the same period patient was treated with TOPICAL STEROIDS, NORVASC, DETROL LA, LASIX, ACCUPRIL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ACTOS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
