During the same period patient was treated with AZITHROMYCIN, VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, ROXITHROMYCIN, CEFTRIAXONE, PIPERACILLIN AND TAZOBACTAM, PIMECLONE HYDROCHLORIDE, RANITIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, AMIODARONE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal failure acute. Edecrin dosage: 50MG PO QD. During the same period patient was treated with PANTOPRAZOLE, SPIRONOLACTONE, PERINDOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
