Ecotrin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on May 11, 2006. Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Ecotrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diverticulitis, faeces discoloured, haemoglobin decreased, rectal haemorrhage. Ecotrin dosage: 325MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PRAVACHOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
