Male patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with photorefractive keratectomy and was treated with Econopred. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, amnesia, delusion, hallucination, visual, insomnia, paranoia, psychotic disorder . Econopred dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
