Ebixa side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from CANADA on June 19, 2007. Male patient, 88 years of age, weighting 178.6 lb, was diagnosed with dementia alzheimer's type and was treated with Ebixa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , fluid retention, oedema peripheral. Ebixa dosage: 10 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERDAL, LASIX, SYNTHROID, ACETAMINOPHEN, ARICEPT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial flutter, depressed level of consciousness, fall , overdose. Ebixa dosage: 10 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with CALCIPARINE, ARICEPT, SECTRAIL, LASILIX, IKOREL, KARVEA HCT, ASPIRIN, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with MODOPAR, MODOPAR SLOW RELEASE, ZOLOFT, ARICEPT, LORAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
