Ebixa Side Effects Report #4623480-5
Ebixa side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Mar 14, 2005. Female patient, 90 years of age, was diagnosed with dementia alzheimer's type and was treated with Ebixa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, blood thyroid stimulating hormone decreased, c-reactive protein increased, decreased immune responsiveness, muscular weakness, myalgia, myopathy, weight decreased. Ebixa dosage: 15 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN, GLIPIZIDE, AMLODIPINE, ATENOLOL, FRUSEMIDE, CLOPIDOGREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute pulmonary oedema, blood creatinine increased, blood thyroid stimulating hormone increased, blood urea increased, c-reactive protein increased, conjunctivitis, cough, eosinophil count increased, haemoglobin decreased. Ebixa dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FUROSEMIDE, DICLOFENAC, LEVOTHYROXINE, ARICEPT, NICARDIPINE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, EQUANIL, IMOVANE. Patient was hospitalized. Ebixa dosage: 20 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKENE, VERAPAMIL, ATHYMIL, PLAVIX, CLOZAPINE, AUGMENTIN. Patient was hospitalized.
