Ebixa side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Aug 03, 2007. Female patient, 87 years of age, was diagnosed with dementia alzheimer's type and was treated with Ebixa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, arrhythmia , atrial fibrillation , atrioventricular block complete, bradycardia, disorientation, skin discolouration, somnolence, ventricular extrasystoles. Ebixa dosage: 10 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with GALANTAMINE HYDROBROMIDE, SECTRAL, ATHYMIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Ebixa side effect was reported by a Health Professional from GERMANY on June 27, 2005. Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with dementia alzheimer's type and was treated with Ebixa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, atrial fibrillation , brain scan abnormal, cardiac failure, cerebrovascular accident, cognitive disorder, dementia alzheimer's type, dysphasia. Ebixa dosage: 10 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with REMINYL, OPTINATE, LANSOPRAZOLE, KALCIPOS, LEVAXIN, ZOPIKLON, CITALOPRAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , blood thyroid stimulating hormone increased, cerebrovascular accident, electrocardiogram st segment depression, thyroxine increased. Ebixa dosage: 10 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with REMINYL, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, LEVAXIN, LANSOPRAZOLE, KALCIPOS, OPTINATE, ZOPIKLON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
