Dyazide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Mar 10, 2005. Male patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, pain What is  pain and was treated with Dyazide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pancreatitis. Dyazide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN, LISINOPRIL, NABUMETONE, LANTUS, NOVOLOG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with AUGMENTIN, ASPIRIN, VIODIN, LACTOBACILLUS, LISINOPRIL, METOPROLOL, NITROGLYCERIN. Patient recovered.
