Female patient, 73 years of age, weighting 127.0 lb, was diagnosed with insomnia, migraine , sinusitis  and was treated with Dyazide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, balance disorder, condition aggravated, facial bones fracture, fall , head injury, joint sprain, ligament rupture. Dyazide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, CLONIDINE, ERYTHROMYCIN, AMBIEN, IMITREX. Patient recovered.
